Με απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό και το Νόμο, καλούνται οι μέτοχοι της ανώνυμης εταιρίας με την επωνυμία «Αναπτυξιακή Λασιθίου Α.Α.Ε. ΟΤΑ» σε έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση που θα πραγματοποιηθεί τη Τετάρτη 19 Φεβρουαρίου 2025 και ώρα 12:00 στον Άγιο Νικόλαο, στο κτίριο της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Λασιθίου – αίθουσα συνεδριάσεων (Πολυτεχνείου 1), με μοναδικό θέμα ημερήσιας διάταξης:
- Εκλογή νέου Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.
Οι μέτοχοι για να έχουν δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στη Γενική Συνέλευση θα πρέπει να καταθέσουν τα έγγραφα εξουσιοδότησης των αντιπροσώπων τους στα γραφεία της εταιρίας τουλάχιστον πέντε (5) πλήρεις ημέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία συνεδρίασης της Γενικής Συνέλευσης.
